Embodiment isn’t a luxury. We are all embodied beings. We all have bodies. And despite the fact that many of us have rather troubled relationships with our physical forms, it is not an encumbrance or merely a meaty ride for our higher faculties. No. The body is an inextricable aspect of our sense of self, consciousness, intelligence, cognition and more.

Most of us sadly never develop our embodied capacities. And many simply feel less than fully comfortable within our our skins. We rarely receive any education in becoming more embodied, yet modern science is constantly discovering the crucial importance of doing so.

Embodiment Made Simple is a series of short experiential clips with Rod. In them he offers a little context and each clip also contains a simple short exercise that will begin to develop you capacity for embodiment. Here’s some below and go to our YouTube channel for more.
