The Emergent Coach Training® Program
An Advanced ICF-Accredited Professional Training
The Emergent Coach Training® program merges cutting-edge cognitive science, depth psychology and human & organizational development theory with ancient wisdom practices and ICF coaching competencies into a powerfully innovative, embodied, whole-person coaching methodology.

Cognitive science currently estimates that more than 95% of thought and processing happens outside of the conscious workspace, yet it is what shapes and structures all conscious thought. Most conventional coaching methods solely work with that thin sliver of 5% (or less) of top-level conscious process, leaving the vast underprocess largely untouched. And if you have 5% working against 95%, which do you think ultimately wins out?
Change implementation is tough as we know. Emergent Coach Training teaches how to engage this vast resource and bring it online in service of greater creativity, more effective decision-making and sustainable whole-person change. Learning how to recruit this powerful psychological resource can change everything.
If you’re committed to showing up at your best as a coach and being at the cutting edge of science-based human development—our training is for you.
