Rod Francis, PCC
Rod is faculty head and creator of the Emergent Coach Training program and a founding member of InterActualizer. Rod’s early interest in physical performance took him via an elite national academy in his home country of Australia onwards to an extensive international performing, teaching, directing and choreographic career. A period as an entrepreneur in London followed and around two decades ago Rod’s deep interest and training in human optimization and leadership development drove a transition into coaching and then onwards to professional coach training program development both in Europe and the USA. His personal meditation practice commenced almost 40 years ago, he’s a qualified MBSR teacher, a dharma leader with Chattanooga Insight and designed and leads the mindfulness programs for InterActualizer and the Human Potential Institute. Alongside his work within InterActualizer and a private coaching practice, Rod has almost a decade of experience creating and leading internationally regarded professional coach training programs, has trained over 2000 industry professionals and hosts a monthly radio show on NPR in the USA called The Story of Change.
