— Dan Millman
A Rite of Passage describes any ceremony or event marking an important transitional stage in someone’s life, especially birth, puberty, marriage and death. This white paper sets out to align understanding, research and cultural wisdom from social anthropology, human developmental theory, eco-mythics and modern coaching practice into a over-arching model of transformation, one which bridges both modern Western empirical and traditional animistic worldviews.
