Julie Bergfeld

Julie Bergfeld is a Health, Wellness and Life Coach, specializing in performance, stress relief, healthy habits and weight loss. Through her SOAR methodology, she helps people get mobile - physically, mentally and metabolically. Bergfeld holds an undergraduate degree in French literature and has studied in France and Italy, traveling extensively during her course of study. In addition, she holds a master’s degree in Journalism and worked extensively in technology and Higher Education. Her analytical strengths and communications skills served her well as she transitioned from a full-time high-pressure focus to one of passion and growth. Bergfeld is a Certified Tiny Habits Coach, Nutrition Coach and Human Potential Institute Coach, as well as an E-RYT 500 (Registered Yoga Teacher with more than 500 training hours) and founder of a yoga studio. Studio ownership led her to coaching, a profession she considers to be “next-level yoga teaching.” She is currently an ICF (International Coaching Federation) ACC certified coach and regularly adds more coaching training to continue her path. Through her years of detailed attention to improved her sport of marathon and ultra-running, she discovered radical health transformations through improving gut function, sleep and giving up grains, dairy, soy, alcohol and nightshades.
